Since insurers in different countries require different standards we would suggest you check the requirements of your council. In the UK for attending Dermoplasma course, no previous experience is needed.

Everyone successfully trained and certified by the Elite Academy, using our Plasma Pen, can get insured after the course and provide the plasma treatment.

ELITE DERMOPLASMA TRAINING SCHEDULE
Day 1:
10:00 am – 10:30 am
Registration of participants and introduction

10:30 am – 12:30 pm
Theoretical part: The theory is covered in a very detailed and comprehensive way. It includes all details about how the plasma pen works – scientifically, Health & Safety, Contra-Indications, Contra Actions, Setting up the work area and much more.

12:30 am – 13:00 pm
LUNCH (included)

13:00 pm – 15:00 pm
Practice on citrus fruits (oranges) – learning about right Plasma pen usage

15:00 pm – 16:00 pm
Demonstration of the procedure on a live model carried out by the master trainer

1st Group (max 6 students) starts working with their models. Every student will work with 3 models under 100% supervision of a master trainer.

Lunchtime for the 1st Group.

13:00 am – 16:00 pm
2nd Group (max 6 students) starts working with their 3 models under 100% supervision of a master trainer.

For the practical part of the course, 3 models are required. Each student is responsible for securing his/her own model.
The model must not have/be:

→sensitive skin
→pregnant or be breastfeeding a newborn
→dark skin (Fitzpatrick 4, 5, 6)
→Chemical or laser peeling procedures are done within the last 6 weeks
→Sunburn
→Anemia, heart/blood diseases, epilepsy, low/high blood pressure, diabetes, hemophilia, HIV, Hepatitis, Cancer in the past 6 months, autoimmune disease, local dermatitis

Every student is are also responsible for informing the model about after-care treatment requirements, which have to be strictly adhered to. The model must apply SPF50 (after-care cream) to the treatment area for the next 3 month. If you can’t find a model, you can contact one of our course and inquire if there are any extra models available.
